Privacy Policy
Last updated September 19, 2026
This policy explains what [YOUR LLC NAME] collects when you use Propbook at thepropbook.com, why, and what control you have. We keep as little as possible.
What we collect
- Your email address and password, when you create an account. Passwords are stored by our login provider in encrypted form; we never see them.
- Your saved props and their results, so we can show your history and record.
- Your plan, including subscription status and any promo code you redeem.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider logs automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
We don't collect your name, address, phone number or location, and we don't use advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views; it sets no cookies and doesn't identify you.
When you create an account we record that you confirmed you're 21 or older, and if you joined through a friend's invite link, which code you used.
What we never see
Card numbers and billing details go straight to Stripe. We receive only a customer reference, whether the subscription is active, and when it renews.
Why we use it
To run your account, show your saved props, decide whether you have Premium, take payment, send service messages you've asked for, and protect the Service from abuse. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase — accounts and database.
- Stripe — payments and subscription management.
- GitHub Pages — website hosting.
- Cloudflare — anonymous page-view counts.
- Our email provider — account and alert emails.
Each holds data on our behalf under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Stored on your device
We store a login session so you stay signed in, and your dark or light theme choice. These live in your browser's storage, not in cookies used for tracking, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account data while your account exists. Delete your account from the account page and it is removed, along with your saved props and promo history, usually straight away and in any case within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records separately for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel that first.
Your rights
You can see and change your account information at any time on the site, and delete your account yourself. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or object to certain uses. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children
Propbook is for adults of legal gambling age and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Access to your data is enforced by database rules that limit every account to its own records, connections use HTTPS, and payment secrets are held by our payment provider. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any update here with a new date, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
