Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR LLC NAME] ("we", "us"), which operates Propbook at thepropbook.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Propbook is, and what it isn't

Propbook shows historical player statistics, publicly posted sportsbook lines, injury reports and news. It is an information and entertainment product.

• We are not a sportsbook. You cannot place a bet through the Service, and we never take or hold wagers.
• Nothing here is betting advice, a prediction, or a recommendation to place any wager.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Hit rates describe what already happened.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, player or sportsbook. Team and league names are used to identify games only.

You alone are responsible for any decision you make, including any bet you place, and for following the gambling laws where you are.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live (21 in many places), to create an account. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

If gambling is causing you harm, help is free and confidential in the US at 1-800-GAMBLER.

Free and Premium plans

The Free plan is available at no cost. Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks additional statistics and features described on the site. Features of each plan may change as the Service develops.

Billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time through Manage subscription on your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or at our discretion.
• We may change prices with notice. Changes apply to your next renewal, not the current period.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to Free.

Promotional codes and complimentary access

Promo codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be limited in number, time or to one use per account. We can cancel a code or complimentary access at any time, including where a code is shared publicly or used in a way it wasn't meant for.

Accuracy of data

Statistics, lines and injury information come from third-party sources and are provided as-is. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm a line with your sportsbook before acting on it. We don't guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption.

Acceptable use

Don't do these things:

• Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute data from the Service in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.
• Share your account, or share Premium content with people who haven't paid for it.
• Break into, overload, probe or interfere with the Service or its accounts.
• Use the Service where it would break the law that applies to you.

Our content

The Service's design, code and original content belong to us. Underlying statistics are facts, and third-party content belongs to its owners. Your account, and any props you save, remain yours.

Ending your access

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and will refund any unused paid time when we do so for reasons other than serious misuse.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost bets, lost money, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in [YOUR COUNTY, STATE].
